depends on the board. they may just ban you and say piss off. they are more likely to manually approve/whitelist you if you have history of good contributions there. if it's site-wide, i would forget about it. get new domain. try again. if you dont know alrady u need certain karma to post links or you will always get trapped in the spam box.
